Kairos Group is recruiting for a Sales Consultant in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. You will attend pre-booked home appointments, assess customer needs, and provide quotations for our home improvement products. No cold calling; focus on service and closing sales.

You'll benefit from full paid training, an uncapped commission structure with 25% on completed sales, and clear career progression within a growing company that values its customers and staff. Valid UK driving licence is essential.

The Role As a Sales Consultant:

You’ll attend pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes to carry out home assessments and provide quotations for our products.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No canvassing.

Every appointment is generated through our extensive marketing campaigns and is pre-qualified and confirmed before it reaches you. Your focus is simply on providing excellent customer service and closing sales.

Your Responsibilities:

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide full paid training, so previous sales experience isn’t essential.
