Job summary

Footasylum in Birmingham Fort Store is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to help create a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back during the festive rush. The role involves styling complete fits and guiding shoppers to the latest footwear, clothing and accessories.

You'll support gift-buying with product recommendations, learn brands and trends, and contribute to store targets while keeping the shop looking inviting and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to make gift buying easy.
• Learn brands, trends and stories to confidently support every customer.
• Bring the atmosphere by supporting key trading events including Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

• Keep standards high by ensuring the store looks great, stock is organized and customers feel welcome.

Pay: £8.00 - £12.71 per hour + 30% staff discount

The Role

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll help create a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

• Know your productLearn the brands, trends and stories behind the products so you can confidently support every customer.
