Job summary

Footasylum in Bury is hiring a Seasonal Sales Assistant for the festive period. This part-time temp role runs for 7 weeks, offering 8 hours per week with a rotating Monday–Sunday shift pattern and a pay rate of £8.00 to £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount.

You will help customers find the latest drops, style outfits, and contribute to creating a welcoming store atmosphere during peak trading events.

Responsibilities

• Style complete fits and help customers discover products they'll love, from the latest footwear to clothing and accessories.
• Support festive shopping with product recommendations and expert advice.
• Know your product—learn the brands, trends and stories behind the products to confidently support every customer.
• Bring the atmosphere by supporting key trading events including Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
• Deliver results by contributing to store targets, building customer confidence and celebrating team success.
• Keep standards high by ensuring the store looks great, stock is organised and customers feel welcome.
