Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea in Manchester is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our store team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide visitors to great purchases, and help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required; a minimum of 2 days per week with full flexibility Monday-Friday is expected. Join us for a warm, product-focused customer journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
• Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 2 days per week, full flexible between the days of Monday-Friday.
