Job summary

Cook Trading Limited is seeking a Christmas Casual Retail Team Member for Sevenoaks. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with menu planning, and promoting offers.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role in retail environment.
• Ability to assist customers with menus, offers and promotions.
• Experience using a till and handling payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer remarkable service; put the customer first.
• Help plan menus and advise on occasions and promotions.
• Keep shop immaculate, stock replenishment and rotation; ensure freezers are full.
• Operate till efficiently and accurately.
• Understand shop paperwork and legal checks.
• Open/close shop and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
• Check deliveries, place orders, assist with stock take.
• Wear apron and name badge at all times.
