Cook Trading Limited is seeking a Christmas Casual Retail Team Member for The Springs. You will welcome customers, help plan menus, and keep the shop clean and well stocked. You will handle till duties and support with general shop operations.

No experience is required, as training is provided. Prior retail or customer-facing work is helpful but not essential. This casual, fixed-term role offers the chance to join a passionate team and contribute to busy holiday periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer remarkable service, the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.
• Use knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions.
• Keep the shop immaculate, stock replenished and rotated, and freezers full.
• Be proficient with till operations, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Understand shop paperwork and necessary legal checks.
• Open and close the shop; manage end-of-day reconciliation.
• Check deliveries, place orders, and assist with stock taking.
• Keep apron and name badge on at all times.
