Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests and collaborate well within a team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy.
