Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support store operations. You will assist customers with product recommendations and help keep the store clean and organized.

Ideal candidates are energetic and reliable, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends, and a willingness to work both front and back of store, including POS and omni-channel requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 16 years old (or 18 in certain regions)
• Ability to move around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Comfortable with technology and handheld/mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers to choose apparel and footwear
• Support store operations, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized
• Assist with stock duties and front/back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Handle omni-channel requests and contribute to team goals
• Support loyalty programs and participate in development opportunities
