Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist front and back of house.
• Handle point of sale and payment processes; support omni‑channel requests.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self‑development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours according to Under Armour’s attendance policy.
