Sweaty Betty in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will help customers choose outfits, style recommendations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience across store floors.

You will maintain store standards, participate in stock replenishment, learn product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment. Generous clothing allowances and long-term development opportunities accompany the role.

Formación

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
