Sweaty Betty in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to deliver exceptional in-store service. You will help customers choose products, style outfits, and create a welcoming, energetic shopping environment.

This role supports sales targets, store standards, cash handling and stock accuracy while representing the brand’s values. Flexible weekends and a passion for our ranges are essential, with strong communication and a positive approach.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
