Sweaty Betty in the UK is seeking a store associate to deliver authentic customer service, help customers select footwear and outfits, and ensure an amazing in-store experience.

You will strive to meet sales targets, maintain store standards, handle cash, and support stock replenishment while building rapport with customers.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required; generous extras include clothing and seasonal allowances, training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
