Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a customer-facing store associate to join our team in the UK. You will deliver exceptional service, help customers choose products, and build rapport to drive loyalty and sales.

You will maintain store presentation, assist with stock and deliveries, and contribute to a positive, energetic shopping environment. Ideal candidates bring a passion for our brands, great communication, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
