Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor to join our London-originated brand’s festive season team in a Banbridge store. You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting lines, delivering personalised recommendations to enhance their experience.

No prior experience is required; we seek reliability, a true team player, and a passion for exceptional customer service to help us meet store targets and contribute to a memorable shopping environment this Christmas

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Molton Brown’s range of fragrance, body care and home products.
• Sell products and provide personalised recommendations to achieve store targets.
• Support store operations and customer service during the festive period.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won't just sell products, you'll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don't need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
