Job summary

Renford Recruitment is looking for 3 General Operatives to join a busy print and design team in the Pershore area of Worcestershire. Own transport is required due to the location, and training is provided for the right candidates.

Duties include order picking with handheld scanner, using Adobe Photoshop and print workflows, exporting designs to machinery, operating printing and engraving equipment, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Hours are 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, with December shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to work confidently and on own initiative.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Own transport due to location.

Responsibilities

• Order picking using a handheld scanner.
• Using Adobe print work and Photoshop packages.
• Exporting designs to specific machinery.
• Operating various equipment: printing presses, laser printers, engraving machines.
• Checking items are finished to a high standard.
• Reporting any issues to senior staff.
• Working in a fastpaced environment.
