Job summary

Personnel Selection Recruitment are seeking a number of Machine Operatives to join our clients busy print on demand manufacturing team on rotational shifts. You will operate various machinery and maintain high quality standards at all times.

Full training will be provided; prior machine operation experience is advantageous. The role includes assisting in production, pick and pack tasks, and moving into the three-shift pattern with ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Previous machine experience - beneficial but not essential.
• Interest in the print industry - desirable but not essential.
• A natural inquisitive interest in how print machines work.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Problem solving skills, able to flag inconsistencies to team leaders.
• Self motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the print process to ensure quality.
• Assist in pick and pack areas during downtime.
• Support production of print on demand books and leaflets.
• Participate in training and induction on print machine systems.
