Hornblower Group is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant – Pier Crew for seasonal shifts at our London piers, including Tower Millennium, Westminster Millennium, London Eye Waterloo, and Greenwich. You will rotate as a sales agent in the ticket office, manage passenger flow, and assist guests with boarding, delivering a friendly, proactive service.

You must promote our sightseeing, dining and experiences while meeting daily sales targets.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers according to RESPECT service system.
• Maintain safe, clean and welcoming environments on piers and vessels.
• Process ticketing, vouchers and customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and operate as first point of contact at ticket offices and piers.
• Assist with passenger flow, boarding and disembarking of vessels.
• Achieve daily revenue targets through selling tickets and promoting products.
