Job summary

City Cruises UK is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant – Cabin Crew for a seasonal on-board role through October. You will deliver professional, proactive hospitality, greet guests, and provide at-seat service while maintaining safety and cleanliness across vessels.

You will support the Captain and Crew in routine operations and emergencies, assist with crowd control, safety drills, and first aid, and help reach daily sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Ability to upsell and promote onboard products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and at-seat service to guests.
