About the role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, everything you do matters — ensuring our customers get everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, and inform the manager of any discrepancies.
• Check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Be polite with delivery staff, respond to queries and complaints appropriately, and refer complex issues to the relevant person.
