Job summary

Frontier Agriculture is recruiting seasonal workers for a full‑time temporary period from July to October 2026 at our Holbeach site in the UK. The role involves driving to farms in a company van, processing farm‑saved seed on site, and assisting with setting up the processor while maintaining high safety and service standards.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence is required, and this is an ideal opportunity for students studying

Responsibilities

• Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van.
• Processing farm‑saved seed on site.
• Assisting with setting up the processor.
• Checking the quality of bags to be filled.
• Liaising with the operator to maintain good levels of stock.
• Ensuring the site/machinery is clean, tidy and Health and Safety processes are always adhered to.
• Establishing good and safe working practices.
• Always providing a high level of service and customer care.
