Job summary

The Bryntirion Inn is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our food offering. You will work under our Chef Partner and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dishes and memorable dining experiences for guests.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, drive high standards of quality and presentation, manage stock and costs, ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, and play a key role in developing seasonal menus that showcase fresh ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of kitchen management, allergens, and cost control.
• Commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation.
