Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the busy kitchen at a food-led country pub in the Northamptonshire countryside. You will own food quality, menu development and high-volume service across the pub and outdoor operation.

The package includes £45,000 salary, £4,000 tips and £4,000 bonus, plus free live-in accommodation. You’ll manage GP, stock and kitchen costs, lead a motivated team and oversee weddings, parties and events.

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the lead at a beautiful, food-led country pub in the Northamptonshire countryside.

This is a large, busy operation with a strong reputation for food, extensive outdoor space and a packed calendar of events.The venue offers a mix of classic British pub dishes, seasonal food, Sunday roasts, BBQs and private events.

The Role

The Venue

Set in the Northamptonshire countryside, this is a genuine destination country pub with a large indoor and outdoor operation.

The venue has a heated events marquee which hosts weddings, private parties, business events and celebrations throughout the year.It also runs a major outdoor BBQ operation during the summer months.
