Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is supporting an established pub and restaurant in Bishop's Stortford seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain high food standards and develop seasonal menus.

You’ll manage the kitchen team, control GP, ordering and costs while ensuring exceptional hygiene and safety, with scope to stamp your own style on the menu.
