THE PIG Hotels (Home Grown Hotels) is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section, delivering creative, seasonal dishes inspired by local suppliers within a vibrant brigade. You will work across sections, learn from passionate chefs and help shape memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Strong technical cooking skills.
• A genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced food.
• Confidence leading a section.
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
• The desire to learn, develop and inspire others.

• Run and manage your own section with confidence.
• Support and develop junior chefs within the team.
• Work across different sections to broaden your experience.
• Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
