Job summary

Barfoots of Botley is recruiting for the April 2027 season. Seasonal farm workers are needed to help harvest a range of vegetables, with a focus on asparagus, broccoli, courgettes and pumpkins. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work and manual handling.

The team works six days a week with shifts of 8 to 12 hours, totaling 40–60 hours per week depending on crop availability. Accommodation may be provided in caravans, and transport to sites from the main location is available.

Qualifications

• Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Harvest vegetables and assist with field operations including asparagus, broccoli, courgettes and pumpkins.
• Perform husbandry and other farm/field duties as required.
• Engage in manual handling tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
