Job summary

Barfoots, a leading UK fresh produce business, is seeking motivated individuals for a permanent full-time role in our Chichester & Pagham production teams. You will work a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, handling preparation, packing, labeling and quality checks in a temperature-controlled facility.

No prior manufacturing experience is required as full training is provided, including food safety, allergen awareness, manual handling and COSHH, with clear opportunities for development into Skilled

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh produce for packing
• Sorting and grading products to quality standards
• Packing and labeling finished products
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working with your team to meet daily production targets
