Vivienne Westwood is seeking a proactive E-commerce Customer Service Associate for a three-month seasonal contract. You will handle inquiries from pre-sales to delivery, returns and aftercare, across email, phone, live chat, and social channels.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, IT, Retail, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding the brand’s service standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce customer service or online retail.
• Excellent communication across channels (email, phone, chat, social).
• Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across channels; respond promptly and professionally.
• Track orders from placement to delivery and update customers regularly.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy and legislation.
• Collaborate with Logistics, IT, Retail, and Finance to resolve issues and improve the journey.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions to meet SLAs.
