Job summary

PCS Wireless is seeking a Seasonal Processing Operator to handle end-to-end processing of second-hand devices. You will receive units, run QC tests, clean and grade devices, and complete system conversions for downstream teams.

You’ll ensure accurate data entry, adhere to quality standards, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Starting salary is £26,438.07/year and pro-rated for 3 months plus work assignments.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
• Honesty and integrity are required for handling high-value devices.
• Dexterity and administrative skills are essential.
• General PC competence and accuracy in data entry are mandatory.
• Previous warehouse operational experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receives devices, verifies quantities, and completes system entries in NetSuite.
• Performs diagnostic QC using PDD or approved tools to test device condition.
• Cleans and grades devices according to quality guidelines.
• Conducts system conversions to assign final grades and prep devices for Finished Goods.
• Maintains accurate system transactions and audit-ready documentation.
• Meets daily productivity and quality targets following SOPs and workflows.
• Collaborates with Team Leader and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
