Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is hiring a Mobile Phone Grading Operative in Crewe to work in a modern, well-organised warehouse supporting global communications operators. The role includes testing and grading mobile phones, validating configurations, and ensuring quality checks are performed to standard.

You will follow established processes, handle order notes, and package finished products for dispatch. Training will be provided, with potential for a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

• Inspect and grade mobile phones to quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Package completed orders ready for dispatch.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfortable working in a modern warehouse environment.
• Basic IT skills for product testing and configuration.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided).
• Prior experience inspecting/testing phones ior similar tech items s advantageous
