We’re hiring for multiple seasonal positions, with recruitment starting mid-March 2025, to support ourPoole-to-JerseyandSt Malo-to-Jerseyservices. Your Seasonal Opportunity

We’re looking for committed individuals to join our Deck, Engineering, and Onboard Services teams for the 2026 operating season. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality service for both our crew and passengers.

Seasonal positions available:

Deck Department

• Chief Officers(Permanent)

• Second Officers(Permanent)

• Second Officers (Temp)

• Able Seafarers (Temp)

• Able Seafarers (Permanent)

Engineering Department

• Second Engineers (Permanent)

• Third Engineers (Permanent)

• Motormen / Repairmen (Permanent)

What You Bring

We’re seeking professionals who:

• Have all relevantSTCW95 certificationsfor their role.

• Are competent in essential muster duties.

• Can uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational reliability.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

• Can work effectively under strict deadlines in dynamic and pressurised environments.

• Show initiative, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Remain calm under pressure and approach challenges positively.

• Fluent in English.

• Live within a reasonable daily commute to Poole, UK.

• For Onboard Services roles: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential. Prior onboard service experience, especially on High-Speed Craft, is an advantage but not essential.
