Job summary

Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate is recruiting Customer Support Assistants to join our Starbeck site in Harrogate for the Christmas period. Two full-time and one part-time (or equivalent) roles are available to ensure exceptional service for online store and Café Tea Room customers.

Roles involve processing orders by phone and email, advising on products, and resolving customer queries with ownership and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience of customer service/sales.
• Experience of working to and achieving targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, resilient, and positive communicator.
• Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to online Store and Café Tea Room customers.
• Process orders by phone and email and advise on products and services.
