Job summary

WTM in Worthing is seeking casual, seasonal Front of House staff to support the busiest period of the calendar, October to December, including the annual Pantomime. You will be part of the Customer Experience team operating bars, kiosks, and retail points, providing warm, efficient service and reporting feedback to the Duty Manager.

• Create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.
• Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring customer feedback is reported to the Duty Manager.
• Serve customers at bars, kiosks, and retail points quickly and efficiently.
• Carry out Front Of House duties in a professional and friendly manner displaying high standards of customer care.
• Assist in audience evacuations in line with procedures and training.

Job description

Salary £12.91 per hour
