Job summary

HB Leisure is hiring Customer Service Assistants for Winter Wonderland Hyde Park in London, a festive, high-energy setting. Positions available for both full-time and part-time roles running 18 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.

You will operate a games kiosk, engage guests, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while handling cash and card transactions with cheer. Training is provided and there are exciting progression opportunities across HB Leisure’s global sites.
