Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor in Nottingham on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026. The role offers part- to full-time hours (25–37.5 per week) with an immediate start and training provided. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The position requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with no hybrid working and reliable commuting to the office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Friendly, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask across different channels and systems.
• Calm, professional approach when handling challenging situations.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
