Job summary

Boots is hiring for a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, discover offers and get what they need for the festive period.

You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, supporting deliveries, restocking and tills, while staying energetic in a fast-paced, team-driven role.

Availability for Bank Holidays, including Black Friday and Christmas period, is essential to join the Boots team.

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
