Job summary

Boots is recruiting for Seasonal Customer Advisor roles to help customers find gifts and offers during the busy festive period. You will assist on the shop floor, support deliveries, replenish stock and keep the store looking its best, while delivering friendly, personalised service.

This temporary role offers working across different store areas with a strong team ethos and opportunities for longer-term progression depending on local availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
