Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the busy Christmas period in select London locations. The role pays £13.02–£15.10 per hour and is weekly paid. You’ll greet customers, recommend gifts, help with purchases, and keep shelves stocked while supporting deliveries and stockroom tasks.

It’s a fast-paced, people-oriented role with a strong team ethos and potential for longer-term opportunities. You'll work across store areas, delivering friendly service and ensuring a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and support your team as needed.
