Job summary

Boots in London is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and great offers during the Christmas peak season. This fast‑paced, in‑store role also involves supporting deliveries, replenishing stock, and helping keep the store looking its best.

You’ll join a friendly team and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun during our busiest period. Industry‑recognised training is provided with potential for longer‑term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to provide friendly, personalised service.
• Willing to work Bank Holidays including Christmas period.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Capable of balancing customer service with stock and shopfloor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Deliver memorable experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves stocked.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and support the team as needed.
