Job summary

KERB Food Ltd at Seven Dials Market in London is seeking seasonal bartenders for the festive period. You will serve a diverse drinks menu, deliver exceptional hospitality, and work primarily at Seven Dials Market with potential shifts at the SDM sports bar during peak periods.

The role runs for two months from Monday 2nd November, with opportunities to gain hospitality experience and be part of London's vibrant venue team. Compensation is £14.80 per hour for the duration of the contract.

• Experience using tablet-based till systems – Lightspeed.
• Awareness of licensing objectives.
• Love of brilliant food and drink.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our guests and answer queries or handle issues with the line manager when needed.
• Take direction from senior team members while using your own initiative to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Assist with bar setup for opening – prep tasks and final clean-down.
• Clean down and reset for the next day including waste removal, washing up and stock checks.
• Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage offering and suggest options to guests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and alcohol service laws, including ID checks.
