Job summary

KERB Food Ltd. is seeking seasonal Bar Support at Seven Days? Covent Garden, London. You will join a high-performing bar team, assisting with opening/closing, garnishes and restocking, and delivering exceptional hospitality during a busy festive period.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Training provided; may support other KERB venues during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must have a positive and flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in a bar/food setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and handle queries, escalating to the line manager when needed.
• Assist with bar setup, garnishes, juices and closing procedures.
• Restock bars and deliveries; maintain first-in, first-out stock management.
• Refill ice wells, change kegs and gas; maintain clean counters and tidy bar areas.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed in collaboration with management.
