Fancy being part of the team behind the festive buzz at Seven Dials Market? We're looking for seasonal team members to join us for our busiest and most vibrant time of the year.
Whether you're looking to gain hospitality experience, pick up new skills, or simply earn some extra money over the festive season, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and experience life at one of London's most exciting food and drink destinations. You'll primarily be based at Seven Dials Market, but may also have the chance to support our KERB Sports Bar team during peak trading periods and events, giving you exposure to different sides of the KERB business.
We're looking for team members who can join us for 2 months from Monday 2nd November and bring great energy throughout the festive season.
As a Bartender at Seven Dials Market by KERB, reporting to the Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality by serving a diverse selection of drinks from independent brewers and businesses. The primary responsibilities of this role will include crafting and presenting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience through ‘Exceptional Hospitality’. This position is well suited to someone with a strong interest in being a part of KERB, ideally, with a good understanding of casual food and beverage service. You should have experience working in a fast-paced setting, with a keen eye for spotting upselling opportunities.
Whilst a background in the street food scene and experience in high-volume bars or hospitality is highly desirable, the most important qualities you bring to the role are a positive/flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
