KERB Food Ltd in Covent Garden, London is seeking a part-time Bartender at Seven Dials Market, reporting to the Bar Supervisor. You will craft and present beverages, engage with guests, and deliver exceptional hospitality.

Experience in fast-paced hospitality and upselling, with familiarity with Lightspeed tills, is preferred. Weekend/evening availability is required; this zero-hours role pays £14.80 per hour and offers a dynamic street-food environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and confident talking to guests.
• Eye for spotting upselling opportunities.
• Positive, flexible attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience using tablet-based till systems (Lightspeed).
• Awareness of licensing objectives and safety rules.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service to guests and address queries or complaints.
• Take direction while remaining proactive in a busy environment.
• Assist with bar setup and setup cleanup, stock checks and waste disposal.
• Maintain knowledge of the SDM beverage offering and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and age verification.
