OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering (desirable but not essential)
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Experience within a food and beverage service outlet
* Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment
* Ability to converse written and verbally in English
