Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant for a Pausa coffee shop at a Dundee store. The seasonal role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week and offers a supportive team atmosphere with a focus on customer experience.

You’ll serve beverages and food, learn product knowledge, and connect with customers to brighten their day in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible, able to work across weekends and evenings.
• You have previous experience working closely with a team and you’ll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment.

• Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
• Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
• As part of this role you will be working and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork

Your local store is looking for a minimum 16hrs per weekBarista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first‑time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands‑on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.

What you'll be doing

Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
