Job summary

Reed.co.uk is seeking an SEO Lead to own our day-to-day organic performance and drive sustainable growth across product, engineering, content and marketing.

You will work with external partners to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and shape our approach to AI-powered search and LLM visibility, ensuring scalable SEO improvements across our medium to large site footprint in Holborn, London or Liverpool.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ SEO experience with strong technical and on-page expertise.
• Track record of improving organic performance on medium or large websites.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver SEO improvements.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing SEO agencies or specialist partners.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Commercially focused and proactive.
• Understanding of Digital PR, AI-powered search and LLM visibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor organic performance and turn insights into actions.
• Own the SEO roadmap and manage delivery with internal teams and external partners.

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Lead to own our day-to-day SEO performance and drive sustainable organic growth. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing, as well as with our external SEO and Digital PR partners, to identify opportunities and embed SEO best practice. You’ll also help shape our approach to AI-powered search and LLM visibility.
