MAIN MISSION

Carry out, from start to finish, all stages of manufacturing furniture (armchairs, beds, sofas, and seats) according to precise and defined conditions.

MISSIONS

• Sewing both by hand and by machine
• Making various types of curtains (sheers, drapes, unlined, lined, interlined, etc.)
• Making various shades (roman shades, balloon shades, with ribs, etc.)
• Creating any kind of pleats
• Applying various trimmings
• Working with tickets

PROFILE

We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and proactive seamstress with strong technical skills in upholstery. The ideal candidate will work well in a team and have the ability to transmit and share their know-how effectively.

The candidate must be capable of completing jobs according to schedule, sometimes under tight deadlines, while maintaining high quality and integrity of work.

Qualifications needed:

• Mastery of any window treatment types is required
• Experience: minimum 5 years
• Language: English mandatory, French is a plus

Additional skills considered a plus:

• Mastery of window decor
• Fabric cutting skills (both plain and with repeats)
• Making pillows and bolsters
• Creating bed treatments such as bed canopies, bedspreads, bed skirts, throw blankets, etc.

Salary: £15 - £17 per hour
