Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Portions Sealing Machine Minder to ensure Proseal/Bizerba equipment operates smoothly in the sealing room and that packaging meets weight specifications. You will perform required paperwork, follow procedures, and maintain high standards of product quality.

You will identify defects, report deviations, and support root cause analysis while coaching colleagues to adhere to customer specification sheets. Immediate start available with onsite work in the Devon area.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential to ensure product quality and weight specifications.
• Good literacy and numeracy to handle paperwork and data.
• Flexible in approach to prioritise tasks.
• Reasonable standard of written and spoken English.
• Ability to respond calmly to unplanned events.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Able to work in a pressurised environment and meet targets/deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Make sure Proseal/Bizerba machines run correctly in the sealing room.
• Complete required paperwork and follow procedures.
• Check product quality and ensure compliance with customer specs.
• Identify and report defects or deviations and assist with root cause analysis.
