Job summary

COOK is seeking a Sealing & Packing Team Member in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will seal, sleeve, and box meals, ensuring accurate weights and high presentation standards. The role is a cold, physically demanding position with PPE provided and regular breaks.

Working Mon-Fri, 10pm–6am, at £14 per hour, you will join a friendly team on the production line and help minimise waste while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to verify processes and packaging specs.
• Accurate documentation and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Seal and box meals, ensuring correct weight and presentation.
• Verify freezing processes and operate X-ray and metal detectors.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in line with legal and company requirements.
• Work as part of a small team to minimise damage and wastage.
• Work in a physically demanding role with long standing and lifting tasks.
• Adapt to a chilled/cold environment and wear PPE as required.
