Job summary

R3vamp is seeking a Scrum Master to join our fast-growing SaaS team with an initial 3-month term and the possibility to extend. You will work closely with Product, BA, C++ Development and QA across Reading and occasional office days, leading all Scrum ceremonies and delivering upcoming releases.

You will be hands-on, coaching Agile practices, configuring Jira workflows, and reporting progress to CTO and SLT.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Scrum Master in an Agile software delivery environment.
• Solid understanding of Scrum events, backlog refinement, estimation, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Proficient with Jira for workflow configuration, boards, dashboards and reporting.
• Able to report clearly to CTO and SLT level.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, C++ Development and QA teams.
• Manage Jira workflows, capacity planning, dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement of agile processes and tooling.
