Remote with once a month in Bristol, or more if you would like.

One of our long standing clients are a market‑leading PropTech business transforming how people connect with the places they live, work, and spend time. They build digital experiences that reimagine property management, tenant engagement, and smart building operations powering the future of connected real estate. They continue to scale fast, and due to a retirement looking for a driven Scrum Master to help them mature their delivery capability and continue building innovative products used across landmark real‑estate portfolios.

The Role

As their Scrum Master, you’ll own Agile delivery processes and champion continuous improvement across teams. Working closely with the COO, Product Owner, engineering teams, and clients, you’ll ensure predictable delivery, empowered teams, and a culture centred around quality, collaboration, and innovation. This is an opportunity to shape how we deliver as they scale and play a key role in the next chapter of their product evolution.

What You’ll Do

Lead Agile delivery across multiple squads, ensuring strong cadence and predictable outcomes
Facilitate sprint ceremonies with clarity, purpose and energy
Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a clear, value‑driven backlog
Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to unblock delivery and manage dependencies
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams ensuring outcomes that truly serve users
Coach, mentor and inspire teams, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and accountability
Promote continuous improvement and champion Agile culture and best practice
Bring a delivery‑focused mindset to planning, execution, and risk management
